- lower absenteeism rates
- less workplace injury and workers compensation claims
- faster return to work
- lower workers compensation premiums
This October, it is important that businesses and organisations to plan and implement work health and safety procedures. Thinking safe is identifying the risks and maintain healthy and safe workplaces. Working safe is about implementing the measures and mange risks including the steps to take to reduce and avoid workplace incidents. Being safe considers the the ongoing process of managing and monitoring the WHS risks.
