New rules have been added to the Modern Awards from 1st December 2018 for Flexible Work Arrangements. If you have employees who have worked with you for 12 months or longer they can request flexible working arrangements.

During the last 4 years, more than 145,000 workers have been injured as a result of hazardous manual tasks. WHS legislation specifically defines hazardous manual tasks & businesses are able to take simple steps to minimise risks & provide a safer workplace.
Since being implement on 1 January 2018, the new NSW workers compensation claims model teams have received significantly higher volumes than expected. EML teams are trying hard to manage the higher volumes yet teething problems exist.
